Yoginis by Denise Griffin

The Yoginis were painted for the She Recovers program held at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health located in the Berkshires of Massachusetts by the amazingly talented artist Denise Griffin.  The dresses were inspired by the beautiful landscape that surrounds the campus at Kripalu and the color teal was used as it is the key color for She Recovers. The poses Denise painted were chosen for the three words associated with the She Recovers program: Connected,  Empowered, Supported.

Denise hopes her art will inspire and empower each of us to be our best and unique selves as our yoga and meditation practice carry us through our journeys and keep us grateful, humble and in awe of being alive.
