The Grivel The Light Machine is a technical and versatile ice axe designed for technical mountaineering, classical mountaineering and ice climbing. Its interchangeable Vario System head allows the axe to be configured with different accessories, while the forged blade provides reliable performance across a range of alpine terrain.
The G bone-shaped aluminium shaft combines a technical angle with a reinforced profile, providing increased strength and rigidity without requiring excessive shaft thickness. This shape also improves comfort and control when changing hand positions during climbing.
