Inspired by Jackson

Jackson Pollock was an artist many historians have worked hard to understand. Critics have looked at his work and questioned “the mess” or the seeming lack of talent required to create it.

We choose to look at his work in a different way — there is no definitive focal point, there is no real shape or line. His art allows the observer to detach and just be present with the abstract.

How is that for a wonderful metaphor for life and yoga?

Detach and be present.

Mind. Blown.
